Shipping Expectations

This is The Pitch pre-order site. Pre-orders are now available before we launch our official website store online in May 2025. **Preorders will be shipped by April 15th, 2025.

Our products are made with every person that touches the production process in mind.  From the designer to the pattern maker, to every Supplier of our materials, to the Facility Manager, to the Sewer, to the QC Checker, to the e-Commerce partner, to the Customer. You. 

As a start up brand, we don’t yet have an external shipping system that provides shipping profit to The PITCH Performance or special discounts to you. Instead, thanks to our partnership with Shopify, the shipping rates you see at check out are the direct cost to get your products to you. No more, no less. 

Let’s team up to get the product you want the first time! 

If you’re buying for yourself or someone in your household,

  • Make sure to check our sizing charts here
  • We are unisex and form fitting by design. 
  • If you’re accustomed to more forgiving US sizes, grab a tape measure and confirm your size.

If you’re buying a gift, it may not be as realistic to measure the wearer. We get it.

  • PITCH Performance accommodates exchanges within 14 days of when you received the product.
  • All items coming back must meet the following criteria: *unworn, unwashed, and hangtags still with the garment 

In the spirit of teamwork, we will split the difference with you on shipping cost:

You will cover the cost to return the product to us. 

PITCH Performance will cover the cost to provide the new size back to you

The process to exchange your gift for the correct size:

  • Fill out the exchange form via this link
  • Choose your preferred shipping method
  • Print your label and ship your product back to us

Please remember to include your order number in your package for us to track!

Upon receipt of your product, we will confirm it meets the exchange criteria*

PITCH Performance sends back the correct size to the address provided.
